The team at Duraclean
CodeBlue Partnerships

CodeBlue partners with technical colleges in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Springfield, Ohio to train and prepare subject matter experts for its redundant care centers in those communities. Both Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire and Clark State Community College in Springfield offer Insurance Claims Specialist certificates that prepare individuals to work in the area of water mitigation with much of the curriculum applicable to insurance claims industry in general.

Course work helps to prepare individuals to use technical knowledge regarding insurance claims processing, cutting edge technology related to water damage restoration techniques and appropriate customer service procedures.

The certification is a part of the qualifications an individual would need for full- or part-time employment in this evolving industry. Successful completion of the course work prepares one to take state insurance exams, begin industry certification for water mitigation, and become eligible for employment with HSG|CodeBlue. Potential employment with other insurance companies or manufacturers of water damage equipment is also promising.

Admission requirements for this certificate include: a high school diploma or equivalency.
